Meet the Therapist

Hey, I’m Rebekah Tozer, LISW-CP. At risk of sounding like “I’m not a regular therapist, I’m a cool therapist” … it’s kind of true. Listen, I’ve been to some not-so-great therapists before, and I’ve worked really hard not to be one.

Full disclosure: EMDR and Prolonged Exposure Therapy are more challenging and less pleasant than, say, finishing your ice cream cone before it melts on a hot summer afternoon. It’s deep, tough, transformative work, and you’re going to want someone by your side who you trust.
